Hope your dinner went well! I followed Robbie's suggestion as well to use wine (I used White Zinfandel) and the turkey came out terrific! Looked beautiful and the meat was nice and juicy. No bag, though. And I basted it every hour for 7 hours.Shabbat Shalom!
