Ezzie's Blog Roundup, 12/14 (II)

Sorry about that, we had to go out for a bit.

Anyways, here's the rest:
Gene is sick of veterans implying that their military experience (especially that of 60 years ago) makes them best-suited to make military decisions. Their service is deserving of our praise, but it does not mean they're always right.

Krum gives a good analysis of the latest update on the metzitza b'peh issue. He also links to his previous posts on the subject, so go there if you do not understand.

Chaim links to a hilarious series of office memos about a Christmas holiday party.

ADDeRabbi has a great post about Ba'alei Teshuva at Maven Yavin.

Batya is receiving an award from the NCSY organization Ben Zakkai.

Jameel shows the flag flying on the Muqata. Touching post - I choked up when I recalled the video he referenced.

Nephtuli wonders what makes someone black; and what we as Jews can learn from it.

Shira rants we should be more sensitive when we use abbreviations and Hebrew words to those who might not know them.

Shifra's brother continues to improve after surgery.

Orthomom has two posts discussing the Reform and their attitudes toward the war in Iraq. She's spot on as usual.

Batya notes that Gush Katif doesn't seem to like the Arabs any more than they like it.

This is sick. Tel-Chai Nation discusses the Arab immigrants in Europe who think raping European women is just fine and dandy.

Shoshana is her own critic.
Check it out!

  1. Thanks for the links! Do you think that there will be any bloggers at Ben Zakkai?

  2. Steve Brizel is a big commenter, and he's getting an award... There may be bloggers there. I'm surprised more and more by how widespread (and random) J-bloggers seem to be.
