Quick note on the NBA: Not only is the Cleveland Cavaliers' record the second-best in the Central Division, it is the second-best in the Eastern Conference. More importantly, last-place Chicago has a better record than every single team in the Atlantic or Southeast divisions.
In other words, the top 5 teams in the East as of now are all in the same division. While everyone assumed that anywhere from three to all five would make the playoffs, I don't think anyone imagined this...!
Crazy.
