Ezzie's Blog Roundup, 2/3: Leaving NY

No time for a normal post now, gotta shower, get dressed, daven, and make sure I'm packed in the next 45 minutes. I've been up all night, finishing editing that thesis - far more annoying than I thought it would be, and I'm a bit frustrated, but ah well...

I also had a depressing conversation with a very good friend about the status of Orthodox Judaism, and the vile garbage that goes on to discredit people for vendettas, or supposed 'frumkeit', or money, or whatever. Are we all destined to just let it eat away at us? Is fighting it that futile? I don't have the answers, but I plan on posting more about the concept. Very frustrating.

Motzei Shabbos, right here in KGH, is the 2nd BeyondBT melave malka! If you're in the NY/NJ area, go! They have rides from some places, too. There are a bunch of great posts from the last day or so as well, including one from Shoshana.

Here's the rest:
Godol Hador was just hilarious all day. Read 'em all.

Fudge is back, with a very touching post about her Dad - who talked about links and the like.

Ayelet asks you to come see the different faces of Google - Chinese and American. Funny, but really sad.

Orthomom finally bites the bullet and discusses... Kollel.

The JIBs are over... Robbie's "somewhat upset", Elie's relaxed, and Dave (thanks again!) says the provisional results are viewable, except a glitch with Best Series.

Romach questions the wisdom of Birthright.

DB ponders morality.

Ze'ev breaks down Amona and Israeli policy - now this is what I call an MK! Hope he makes it in!
Check it out!
