Haveil Havalim #76 is up!

Haveil Havalim #76 is up at Irina.

A quick definition of HH:
Haveil Havalim is the carnival of Jewish blogs -- a weekly collection of Jewish & Israeli blog highlights, tidbits and points of interest collected from blogs all around the world. It’s hosted by different bloggers each week and coordinated by Soccer Dad. The term “Haveil Havalim”, which means "Vanity of Vanities", is from Kohelet, Ecclesiastes, which was written by King Solomon. Solomon built the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and later on got all bogged down in materialism and other “excesses” and realized that it was nothing but “hevel”, or in English, “vanities.”
Check it out!

Last week: AbbaGav hosted #75.

In general, Haveil Havalim could really use more volunteers to host. It's great, it's fun, and you don't need to do a hundred links like Irina did. It really brings to light some of the great posts you may otherwise not see, and gives greater exposure to some of your own stuff as well. E-mail David at dhgerstman at hotmail dot com if you'd like to volunteer.

  3. You don't have to, but unless the person knows about your blog they won't see it (or even if they do they might not choose it). Submitting it doesn't guarantee entry, but it gives it a very good shot.
