There's a lot of stuff up people's sleeves for Purim, it seems... In the meantime, enjoy a little food from Batya with the 15th Kosher Cooking Carnival, and some v'nahapachu from YidWithLid who couldn't do Haveil Havalim.

My point exactly. That easy substitution is second nature to you, but not to all of your readers. I am afraid the link might get some of your readers a little confused, and may think that coming from Ezzie, who identifies himself as an Orthodox Jew, and may in fact be their only contact with Orthodox Jews, it is perfectly acceptable to serve ribs with butter. I think you underestimate the influence you have on people's lives.
