Self-Evaluation
I think it's actually easier to do these in life than at work. Today, however, I have to do it at work, in addition to setting my goals for the upcoming year. I couldn't help but laugh at the immediate comments I got when I said that's what I'm about to do:

ReplyDelete-Where your opinion of you is not nearly as important as our opinion of you.
-Where management pretends to care how good of a job you think you're doing.
-Where management try's to find out how far off your view of reality is from their view of reality.
I got a million of these.
