Uh-Oh

As we're getting ready for G's wedding, Elianna sees Serach putting on her dress and says:
Oh, Imma, I like your dress! So pretty...!
She's only 2-1/2. Oh boy.

  1. Better than, "Imma, you're going to wear THAT?"

  2. Oh, that's sweet!
It reminds me of the time that I got all dressed up for my sister-in-law's wedding. My son was just 5 at the time. When he saw me, his eyes lit up and he said "Mommy, you look just like a princess!" Even now, 10 years later, he'll look at me and say "Ma, you're so pretty." How can you not love a kid who says stuff like that?

  3. My nieces were all into pretty dresses straight from the womb (at least that is how it felt). My friend's 10 month old daughter once pulled off my friend's snood and handed her another one - it was hilarious!

  4. it shows that she knows what is pretty or not. It just tell us that she is very smart don't be too scared. It doesn't mean she is superfical just very good obervation from 2 and half years old. Good job!

  10. I've been told I look beautiful, just like a princess -- and that was from my son who at the time was probably 3.
