Simchas Purim!!

Yes, I now realize that there are *still* a few glitches and missing tracks on the podcast. Too bad - enjoy the ones that are there, and we'll put out a new version in a few days. Okay? Great! :)

Have a wonderful Purim everybody! If you're in the Kew Gardens Hills area for any reason, feel free to drop in and say hello. We'll be here on and off until our seudah [feast] starts at 3:30. Purim Sameach!

  1. Thanks for all of the hard work, Ezzie. We still love you, even if you have a "thing" for high heeled shoes....;)

  3. I wish I could listen to it, but I don't have the proper equipment. I'm sure you did a great job, though. Yasher koach.

It was brought to my attention that a Google search for "hamantashen" brings up as the first match a recipe on a Messianic site. (This is not the case when using the "hamantaschen" spelling, which is what I use.)

Is there anything we can do? If enough of you folks with blogs link using the keyword "hamantashen" to the page that comes in second (www.jewish-food.org/recipes/hamindex.htm), could that page be bumped up to being first instead?

  4. It appears my submission has been sped up to unlistenable speeds. Just a point.

HH - You're still alive? I thought your wife killed you.

    TRN - That's a bit hard...

RF - Yes, I'm well aware. I can't figure out why; it was regular speed on my computer. That will be fixed hopefully when we put out the 'edited' version...
