Hashem ye'rachem that anyone should ever have to find this necessary. Maybe the picture should be posted in every yeshiva lunchroom where the kids eat with their eyes and throw away almost full plates, or where lunches from home end up only partially eaten and thrown away. Or maybe over smorgasbord tables where people take one of everything and finish almost nothing. Or maybe in private homes where we indulge kids--and husbands and wives--who go "yuck! when dinner comes to the table.
Aside from the "Yuck!" case (which is a different lesson entirely)...
I assume the provided cases are one's where the lesson is that people should be more thankful and less wasteful, not that it would have any impact on the circumstances elsewhere.

Exercise is a necessity for healthy living (only thing is they naturally do a lot of it in third world countries)...
