"they call me MISTER G"...

...I always liked that scene with Sidney Poitier from "In The Heat of The Night" and thought his signature line would be as good as any to use for this post.

I'm told that there is good reason to inform the greater reading public and try as I might I cannot find a valid reason to dissent - so...

Yeah, I'm getting married tomorrow.........::ahem::...right...So (to quote the Amazing Chandler), How are you?

--Ez has the details should anybody have nothing better to do.

  6. Whew; I'm so glad you're getting married this week and not last week--I would have felt so guilty about ruining your winning streak. :)

Ezzie, I can't think of a better wedding gift than allowing G to beat you in this week's match-up (okay, maybe I can, but this is much more fun). As of right now, he's on the right track, but it's football so anything could still happen.

G, I wish you a hearty MAZAL TOV. May you and the soon-to-be Mrs. G have a wonderful life together--one filled with shalom bayis, health, happiness, and success.

  7. Mazel Tov to you! Just read your piece on Simcha and it is beautiful. May you have tons and tons of it and share it all!

  8. Mazel Tov, G! I hadn't "seen" you around SerandEz for a while, but since I heed bad4's advice about not prematurely engaging people, I wasn't sure what to make of it. I wish you and your kallah all the best!

  9. Squooshball - Ya know, had G not written this post, I would have written about it being a big week for him because of our matchup. :)

Not that it did me any good...
