Only at the Kosher Gym....

I was out at the Kosher Gym trying (hopelessly?) to get in shape, when i noticed a warning posted:

"WARNING. Do not text while on treadmills. You could lose control and CV be killed. NO JOKE."

Oh. My. Gosh.

    And I thought texting while haning upside down from monkey bars was the worst I could do. :)

    I wonder what they would think about my paying more attention to my iPod than anything else while on the treadmill . . .
    (and this is on top of my general spaziness)
