First reaction: they are all partying while she holds her head in pain on the side. Not pretty.
That was mine as well... though it could be they didn't realize she nicked it right away. It certainly looked clean.
While it's a really cool vid, from doing some searching around it seems it's a fake shot for a commercial. Cool stuff though, thanks.
