Shmarya has a PDF of a full-page ad that OHEL has taken out in the Jewish Week, defending themselves and blasting the article in the Jewish Week discussed previously. It's rather similar to what I wrote - that the article calls what Ohel did "technically legal" yet spent a lot of time insinuating otherwise.
UPDATED: The Jewish Week responds to Ohel's ad as well. (Hat tip: Nudnik) That the child was taken out of the home by ACS and not as they originally reported left in the home after an investigation makes a huge difference. The former story gave justification to Ohel's decision making even under questionable circumstances; this information now calls that process back into question.
