keep in mind that you have to send it back to ISRAEL...there is no one in the US that you can ship it to...so I would not recommend getting one if this will be your only one...I had one...it looked great for about 4 months...then it started getting very knotty and then hair started getting thinner and now you can see the net...

ReplyDeleteAs for the rest, my wife has never had a problem with hers (3-1/2 years), and neither have anybody else we know who has bought one. They're all quite happy. I'll note that that's from the new line (last few years), after they had trouble with the older line in the past. Perhaps your experience was a while back?

anon- there is a 6monthwarranty for what happened to yours snd actually you can send it back to someone in ny- dara saker her email is on the michal wigs website. i have had mine for almost 4 years and have not had a problem!

ReplyDeleteI purchased it in September and had problems with within 4 months. I emailed Dara and she said I would have to ship it back to Israel and they would determine whether it could be fixed. So if you aren't prepared to be without a shaitel for at least a month I wouldn't suggest purchasing one from them. Also, I know of at least one other person who had problems.
