...and she has no shame. Is anyone surprised? Government money is like heroin. It's not easy to willingly give it up when it goes against your personal interest.
It's not just that. The greatest legacy of the welfare state is the sense of entitlement it gives people. Sure she's won a lot of money but she's entitled to welfare so why should she say no to it?
