General etiquette on blogs vary depending on who you ask; reposting with credit is generally viewed as fine, particularly when it's a post someone feels strongly their readers would want to see in full.<BR/><BR/>I generally link to the piece and post an excerpt, but on really "important" pieces, I might copy the whole thing.
