But mainly I joined the field because I wanted to FIX it.<br /><br />(...still trying...)<br /><br />And I think the main reason for the teacher shortage is lack of appeal and little support. Although many women now choose different professions, I think it's still the case that teaching is an easier profession to mix with motherhood than many other professions.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
