Also, back in elementary school on Wed. nights right after I finished with my chavrusa at JEP I would go with my mom and sit in on his halacha shiurim when he was Rav at Beis Torah (which was really easy since it's right next door to Shaarei Torah, which is where JEP used to be back in the day...), and besides being one of the small minority of males at the shiur, I think I was also the only one under 40. But he made everything so clear and normal. It was such an eye opener to my mother, like, what? halacha is actually not that hard to keep?! My mother and I both learned a ton. Wow, I have not thought about those shiurim in forever. And he just gave my father a copy of Rabbeinu Yonah on Pirkei Avos that Torah Lab put out. I'm aching to get to it, but I'm in middle of a different Pirkei Avos right now.

But yeah, Jews=KadoshMordyShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18265671954006341688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13326001.post-55339098246594753372008-05-04T01:39:00.000-04:002008-05-04T01:39:00.000-04:00Guilty as charged. Sadly to say one student came over after class and asked me what it had to do with English classes which were gashmius.ProfKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17954446826821665314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13326001.post-46659203781594682432008-05-02T11:18:00.000-04:002008-05-02T11:18:00.000-04:00In that vain[holding back]Very nice message. In that vain

[holding back]

Very nice message.the applehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04756184353010645018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13326001.post-78725814701021244292008-05-02T10:19:00.000-04:002008-05-02T10:19:00.000-04:00HA! I think the best point was about how we all pass it along to someone else...

Good Far Side, G.Ezziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12494592434522239195noreply@blogger.com
